AseraCare Home Health offers comprehensive healthcare programs for patients who have returned to their personal home, or to their Golden Living Community or other assisted living residence. Registered nurses, nursing assistants, therapists and social workers comprise the team of caregivers who oversee the patient's continued recovery. In addition to medical care, our home health services include physical, occupational and speech therapy. Whether a patient needs home health care for a couple of weeks or a few months, our goal is to provide the additional recovery assistance to better help him or her resume normal activities.
